Swiss Design in Hollywood retraces the work and impact of Swiss artists in the domains of design and digital imagery in international film productions, as well as in video games. The exhibition is aimed at the general public as well as specialists in these areas.
Swiss Design in Hollywood is a chance to look at the historical perspective on artistic techniques and practices which are little known or thought about.
This exhibition also seeks to emphasise the personal influence of certain Swiss designers or illustrators – whether independent or employed by the big special effects studios – , on the aesthetics of film and video game production, without forgetting their personal achievements.
